摘要
现代大学应有先进的教育思想 ,现代的办学理念 ;应有一流的人才 ,一流的成果 ;应有有利于人才脱颖而出的管理机制 。
This paper points out that in modern universities, there should be advanced educational thoughts, modern ideas of running a university; there should be talents and achievements of first class; there should be good campus culture and administrative systems which help talents show themselves.
