摘要
不同的考试情境对参加考试的学生刺激强度是不同的。考试情境是否引起学生的考试焦虑以及考试焦虑的程度如何 ,与个体对考试的意义评价、最初的状态反应、认知重估和逃避行为等有关。排解考试焦虑的策略包括正确评价自己、调整考试动机、调整期待水平。
The degree of stimulus which examinees have varies according to different examine situations. Whether the examine situation arise the examines' anxiety and to which extent is related to the individuals assessment on examine, the primary reaction states, the re assessment on recognition and the escaping behavior etc. The strategies of removing examine anxious are as follows: assess oneself correctly, adjust examine motivation, adjust the hope, master some methods of relieving examine anxious and know some skills of attending examine.
