模糊综合评判法在城镇土地定级中应用研究

Application of the Comprehensive Fuzzy Evaluation Methodto Town Land Classification

城镇土地定级是城镇基准地价体系建立的基础性工作。本文采用模糊综合评判方法对绵阳市许州镇城镇发展规划区进行了土地质量综合评价 ,并对方法的基本思路、操作步骤。

Town Land Classification is the basic work to found the system of benchmark land-price, this paper makes a proper appraise of the land quality of the developing layout area of Xuzhou town in Miangyang city by employing the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method, and an expatiation is also made of the thoughtway、steps of operation and the result of evaluation.
