摘要
分析影响构件振动可靠性的不确定性和模糊性因素 ,定义构件振动模糊安全状态 ,构建构件振动的模糊共振失效区域及相应的隶属函数、模糊强度失效区域及相应的隶属函数 ,建立构件振动可靠性计算的模糊模型 ,并将其应用于某航空发动机压气机、涡轮叶片的振动可靠性计算。研究结果表明 ,应用模糊方法评估构件振动可靠性是可行的。
The imperfection and fuzziness affecting the vibration reliability of structural components is analyzed, the concept of fuzzy safety state on vibration of structural components is developed, the fuzzy failure district of the resonant vibration of structural components and its membership function is constructed, the fuzzy failure district of the intensity is also constructed, the fuzzy model to assessment the vibration reliability of structural components is built and is applied to the vibration reliability assessment of the turbine blades and the compressor blades of the aero-engine. The result of the research shows that it is feasible to introduce the fuzzy method into the vibration reliability assessment of structural components, the test data needed is few, and is specially applied to the precious components or system whose reliability data is few such as aero-engine.
