摘要 电力系统可用输电能力 ATC是电力市场形势下衡量系统区域间电能传输能力的重要指标 ,本文着重阐述了在电力系统静态电压稳定下各预想事故对区域间输电能力的影响 ,并初步探讨了此类事故的分析 。 Available Transfer Capability(ATC) is the measure of the ability of interconnect ed power systems to reliably move or transfer power from one area to another.It is an important index in power market.In this paper,transfer capability in conti ngency has been analyzed based on the constraint of voltage stability,and the ra nking of these contingencies has been discussed.
