摘要
通过用喻引出人际交往和人际关系的概念 ,略述其在大学生成长成才中的重要性 ,结合当代大学生人际交往的特点 ,就如何建立和谐的人际关系给出了一些建议。
By using a metaphor,this article incroduces the concepts of human intercourne and relations and draws out its importance in making a healthy and successful college sudent .It also puts formard some suggestions on how to build up harmonious relations on the basis of the characteristics of the intercourse of today's college students.
