摘要
电站直热锅炉燃烧系统要求三管流量均匀控制。在分析偏流成因的基础上 ,提出了以三管出口温差为输入 ,调节阀开度为控制量的模糊控制方案。解决了燃烧过程中的加热管结焦问题。加热管使用寿命提高三倍以上。
The system of Straight-heating Boiler in Electricity-field must be controlled by three-pipe flux.On the basis of bias-flow analysis,a fuzzy control scheme i s given for exportation temperature mean deviation of three-pipe as the input,t he openness of the adjustable-valve as the controlled object.the problem of hea ted-pipes has be resolved perfectly.Now using time of heated-pipes has raise t hree times.The fact manifestation this project is effective and fitable.
