重视和加强思想政治工作 ,是我党的光荣传统和政治优势 ,在改革开放新的历史条件下 ,社会情况发生了复杂而深刻的变化 ,经济成分和经济利益多样化、社会生活方式多样化、社会组织形式多样化、就业岗位和就业方式多样化日趋明显 ,给思想政治工作带来了大量新情况、新问题。这就要求思想政治工作者从实际出发 ,认清和抓住思想政治工作的特征 ,在“实”字上下工夫 。
