摘要
在新型径向微动试验装置上 ,改变试样的倾斜角度 ,实现了径向微动和切向微动的复合 .考察了 GCr15钢球 /2 0 91铝锂合金在倾斜 30°和 45°以及不同外加载荷条件下的复合微动损伤行为 。
The combination of radial and tangential fretting was realized by changing the inclined angle of specimens on a newly developed radial fretting tester. The composite fretting tests of an SAE52100 steel ball against 2091 aluminum lithium alloy flat were carried out at tilted angle of 30° and 45° and various applied load. The deformation behaviors of composite fretting were analyzed and the feature of wear scars analyzed as well. The results indicate that there exist three basic types of load displacement curves, i.e. trapeziform cycle, elliptic cycle and linear cycle. The features of combination of tangential and radial fretting modes are strongly presented in these curves. Three fretting zones (partial slip regime, mixed regime, and slip regime) can be observed in one test procedure under composite fretting condition. Moreover, the scars of composite fretting present obvious non uniformity and wear debris agglomeration.
