摘要
随着SHS -离心法陶瓷复合钢管的推广应用 ,对其动态输送性能提出了更高的要求。本文通过添加适当的添加剂 ,对提高陶瓷复合钢管的表面质量作了研究。结果表明 ,单独加入CaF2 (质量分数 ) 2 %时对改善陶瓷表面质量有较好效果 ,但同时加入 3%CaF2 和 2 %SiO2
The improvement of the surface quality of the ceramic lined steel pipe made by SHS-centrifugal process with the addition of suitable additives is investigated. It shows that the surface quality of the ceramic layer is improved under the condition of only adding in 2% CaF 2 . The optimum effect is brought about if 3wt% CaF 2 as well as 2% SiO 2 is added in.
