摘要
分析了双辊快速凝固的热传输特点 ,着重讨论了薄带凝固壳层的形成情况。本文利用仿真程序分析了双辊快速凝固过程的一些主要工艺参数与凝固壳层的关系 ,以及金属薄带的形成与热量传输和动量传输的关系。
The characteristics of heat transfer in rapid solidification process of twin roll continuous casting have been analyzed in this disserlation. Formation of solidification layer during process of metal strip has been emphatically discussed. With help of the computer simulation program,effects of main process parameters on solidification layer of metal strip have been studied. Also the relation of heat transfer and momentum transfer have been studied.
