摘要
本文从筛板结构及材质两方面介绍了所开发的新型防堵耐磨筛板 ,其结构为高碳低合金铸造筛条和低碳结构钢框架焊接结构。筛条上有若干梳齿孔 ,焊接时呈阶梯形状搭接 ,筛条材质为高碳低合金结构钢 ,采用精密铸造工艺生产。经实际生产使用证明 ,该种筛板防堵性能良好 ,使用寿命与现有筛板相比可提高2~ 4倍。
This article introduced the new type wear resisting and blockless sieve plate from the construction and material . The plate is welded with high carbon low alloy cast strips and low carbon steel frame. There are some wedge shaped holes in the strip and the strips made with the technology of investment are welded in step.It is proved that the property of jam preventing of holes is excellent and the service life is 2~4 times over sieve plate used originally.
