摘要 通过对V -EPC铸渗工艺的试验研究 ,得出了影响铁基复合材料渗层质量的主要工艺参数 ,并对其进行优化 ,根据优化方案进行实验。研究结果表明在 142 0℃ ,45 # SiC和 0 .0 4MPa的真空度的情况下能得到 4mm厚的良好渗层。 In the paper the casting in place process of V EPC was studied on the base of experients the main process factors of compositing layers in iron matrix composites were found out, and the casting in place process was made better, then some other experients were executed on the base of initial experients. The results show that, when the pouring temperture is 1420℃,the reinforced particulates degree of SiC is 45 and the vaccum degree is 0.04 MPa, the thickness of compositing layers can reach up to 4 mm.
