外资金融机构进入中国证券市场是深化利用外资政策 ,促进经济发展的必然。分析、讨论了外资金融机构一旦入市对中国证券市场及有关领域所产生的影响 。
The entry of foreign owned institutions into securities market in China is an inevitable result of our policy of introducing foreign investment to boost economic development.This paper analyses and discusses the impact of their entry on seecurities market and other socioeconomic areas in China Some ideas for promoting healthy development of China securities market have been put forward for considertion.
