摘要
研究了固溶后深冷处理 4 8h ,在 6 0℃、95℃、1 30℃、1 6 0℃、1 90℃、2 2 0℃短时保温时效的ZL2 0 1铝合金试样的性能和组织。测定深冷与未深冷两类试样的时效硬化曲线 ,采用热分析、金相和透射电子显微镜等手段研究深冷处理对ZL2 0 1铝合金短时时效析出的影响。结果表明 ,在短时时效条件下 ,深冷处理试样的硬度值高于未深冷处理试样的 ;深冷处理试样的GP区析出温度低于未深冷处理试样的 ;深冷处理促进时效过程的发展 ,尤其对GP区的影响较大。
This paper investigates the structure and characteristics of ZL201 aluminium alloy samples subject to short ageing at 60℃,95℃,130℃,160℃,190℃,and 220℃ after a 48?hour cryogenic treatment.The authors have worked out ageing hardness curves for both samples subject to cryogenic treatment and samples not subject to such treatment.By using the methods of DSC,OM and TEM,the authors have also studied the effect of cryogenic treatment on GP zone precipitation of ZL201 aluminium alloy.The results show that under short ageing process the hardness is higher for samples subject to cryogenic treatment,the temperature of GP zone precipitation is lower for the same samples,and the cryogenic treatment accelerates the development of ageing process,especially the GP zones forming process.
