This article discusses financial theory and policy which are a ppl ied to socialist market economic condition, especially in the course of defla ti on. Financial policy ,one of major economic policies ,which makes up the influ e nce of tax revenue, national debt and pay policy of expenses on economy. Adjus t ing investment direction ,increasing national debt and perfecting social health system are all good methods to promote economic growth ,start requirements at h ome and abroad and bring about a sustained, last ,fast healthy growth in econom y .
