摘要
研究了 (CH3) 2 S2 和 Cl2 在水中的反应机理 ,得到了总速率方程为 d[HCl]/ dt=k[Cl2 ][(CH3) 2 S2 ],在 1 5℃和常压下测定了反应体系电导率 κ随时间 t的变化 ,得到反应开始瞬间和反应达到稳定态时的 κ=f(t)的图形 ,均与此反应机理得到的结论相一致 ,用此反应机理能很好地解释反应中颜色变化、产热速率等现象和也可用来指导生产。
CH 3) 2S 2 reacts with Cl 2 in water for producing (CH 3) 2SO 2Cl,i.e. (CH 3) 2S 2+5Cl 2+4H 2O2CH 3SO 2Cl+8HCl(1) The reaction (1) mechanism that can be suggested is the following: Cl 2+H 2Ok 1k -1 HClO+HCl (2), (CH 3) 2S 2+Cl 2k 2(CH 3) 2S 2Cl 2(3) (CH 3) 2S 2Cl 2k 32CH 3SCl(4), CH 3SCl+HClOk 4CH 3SOCl+HCl(5) CH 3SOCl+HClOk 5CH 3SO 2Cl+HCl(6) Suppose,the concentrations of intermediates HClO,(CH 3) 2S 2Cl 2,CH 3SCl,CH 3SOCl no change with time when the reaction reaches a steady state,then from (2) to (6) the reaction rate equation is obtained,i.e. d[HCl]/dt=k[Cl 2][(CH 3) 2S 2](7) The specific conductances κ of the reaction system are measured at various times,and the system is maintained at 15℃ and usual pressure.When the reaction has just started and reached a steady state the graphs κ=f(t) are achieved,they are the same as conclusion which has got from the reaction mechanism (2)~(6).On the basis of the reaction mechanism,the color change and heat exchange rate of the reaction(1) are good explained and the process of producing CH 3SO 2Cl is correctly guided.
