摘要
论述了知识、组织知识的基本含义 ,用系统的观点对组织知识的特征进行了一定的探讨 ,并根据科学发展的两种模式提出组织知识的发展模式 ,最后从组织知识演化发展的角度分析组织知识与组织学习的系统辩证关系 ,提出组织知识的学习机制。
In this paper,firstly it introduces the definitions of knowledge and organizational knowledge. Secondly it discusses the chararcteritics of organizational knowledge by means of system theory,and puts forward the development mode of organizational knowledge according to two development modes of science. Thirdly it analyzes the systemic dialectical relationship between organizational knowledge and organizational learning from the evolution of organizational knowledge,and puts forward learning mechanism of organizational knowledge.
