困忧高校科技产业发展的原因分析及对策研究

Reason Analysis and Countermeasure Study for the Problems in the Development of S&T Industry in High Institutions

纵观我国高校科技企业 ,大多数缺乏发展后劲或效益不佳。其中一个重要原因就是缺乏创新 ,管理体制滞后。本文对困扰高校科技产业发展的原因进行分析并提出相应对策。

Most of S&T enterprises in China’s high institutions are missing reserved strength for development and have poor efficiency. One of the main reasons is lack of innovation and unfit of management system. This paper is just to analyze the reasons for the problem in S&T industrial development in China and to put out corresponding countermeasures.
