专利 2 1世纪的主导权利形态 ,是知识经济的保护神 ,是许多生物医药高技术公司产生和相关生物制药产业迅速发展的主要原因之一。加入 WTO对我国最大的冲击可能来自以专利为主要内容的知识产权。专利战略是中小型生物医药高技术公司整体发展战略中不可或缺的关键之一。作者从一个一线生物技术工作者的角度 ,集中讨论我国中小型生物医药高技术公司专利战略的制订。

Dominant conformation of patent in 21 century is the protection god knowledge economy,and one of the main reasons for emergence of many biological and medicinal high tech companies and rapid development of corresponding biological and medicinal industries. The most serious impact caused by China’s entrance of WTO may come from property right,which takes patent as its main content. The patent strategy is one of the key development strategies for the medium and small biological and medicinal high tech companies. From the viewpoint of a worker in the field of biological technology,the author has discussed the formulation of patent strategy for the medium and small companies of biological and medicinal high technology.
