摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌组织中血管内皮生长因子 C(VEGF C)蛋白表达和乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组化ABC法对 6 5例乳腺癌组织中VEGF C蛋白表达进行检测。结果VEGF C只在乳腺癌细胞中表达 ,而在邻近的正常乳腺组织及间质细胞中不表达。VEGF C标记定位于肿瘤细胞浆 ,呈棕褐色颗粒。 6 5例乳腺癌中有 31例VEGF C呈阳性表达 (4 7.8% ) ,VEGF C的阳性率与淋巴结转移有密切关系 (P <0 .0 1)。结论VEGF C在乳腺癌中表达 ,并在肿瘤的淋巴结转移中起一定的作用 。 Objectives To investigate the expression of vascular endothelium growth factor C (VEGF C) in breast cancer tissues and its relation to the clinico pathological features of breast cancer.Methods Expression of VEGF C in tissue specimens from sixty five cases of breast cancer was detected by avidin biotin complex (ABC) immunohistochemical method.ResultsVEGF C protein expressed only in breast cancer cells and not in adjacent normal tissues of mammary glands. VEGF C marker was located in the cytoplasms of cancer cells, displaying as brown colored granules. Positive expression of VEGF C was found in 31 out of 65 cases with breast cancer (47.8%), its rate of positive gene expression was closely correlated with the lymphnode metastasis(P<0.01).ConclusionThere is positive expression of VEGF C in breast cancers. VEGF C may play a definite role in the lymphnode metastasis, so it can be used as a referential criterion for clinical appraisal of prognosis in breast cancer patients.
