新时期医院从事临床实践教学的问题与对策

Problems in the conduction of dinical teaching by hospitals in the new era and countermeasures

国家赋予教学医院救死扶伤和教书育人的两个职能,它在新时期与病人的维权发生了激烈的碰撞。如何调解好由此而引发的医患纠纷,作者试从制订相应法规,保障临床教学;践行行医准则,尊重病人权利;实行事先告知,明确医患义务;试行模式改革,先毕业后实习;先行能力训练,后到临床实习,以期保证未来医生的培养质量。

The two basic functions entrusted to teaching hospitals by the state-healing the wounded and rescuing the dying and imparting knowledge and educating people-collide in the new era with the patients' maintenance of their rights. The paper offers some suggestions for properly handling doctor-patient disputes resulting from such collision and guaranteeing the quality in training future doctors: acting on the norms for medical practice and respecting the rights of patients; adopting the method of notification in advance and clarifying the obligations of doctors and patients; trying out reform in the educational mode, delaying internship until after graduation; and conducting ability training first and clinical internship afterwards.
