摘要 目的 :研究PGLA牙周引导组织再生片体外的降解周期 ,并对影响其降解动力学的各种因素作出评价。方法 :通过质量损耗率、相对分子质量测定及形态学观察 (电镜 )等手段分别对PGLA牙周片在体外静态水溶液环境中的降解性能进行研究。结果 :PGLA膜在体外的降解周期大约为 9~ 10周。材料在模拟体液中的降解速率比在PBS溶液中快 ;降解介质pH值越大 ,材料质量损耗也越快 ;不同尺寸牙周片在各降解周期的质量损耗率均无显著性差异。结论 :PGLA牙周引导组织再生片体外降解主要是化学降解过程 ,通过酯键的水解来进行。降解介质的不同和pH值的改变都会对材料降解动力学产生影响 。 Objective: To study the degradation of PGLA film for periodontal guided tissue regeneration in vitro. Methods:The degradation of PGLA film in static aqueous media (artificial saliva,simulative body fluid,artificial bone fluid and PBS) in vitro was studied by means of mass loss, determination of molecular weight and morphological observation (SEM). Results: The full degradation period of PGLA film in vitro was about 9~10 weeks. The materials in simulative body fluid degraded faster than that in PBS;the greater the pH, the faster the mass loss;there was no significant difference in mass loss ratio between PGLA films of different size in each degradation time. The molecular of the materia was 8.25×10 4 before degradation and 6.6×10 3 by 10-week degradation. Conclusion: In vitro degradation of PGLA film is mainly a chemical degradation process. Different body fluids and changes of pH will affect the degradation kinetics of the material, but the change of size has no effect on degradation process.
