大型成套技术装备项目的目标分析

大型成套技术装备项目具有投资大、工期长,技术要求高的显著特点。大型成套技术装备项目的目标制订,是对项目进行有效管理所必须的。在运用系统理论,建立目标体系的基础上,本文着重研究了如何运用可能度和满意度的多目标决策方法对目标进行量化,以及对不同层次的多个目标的并合问题。从而实现了对项目总体技术经济水平的定量评价,为大型成套技术装备项目的科学决策与系统管理提供可靠依据。

On the basis of applying system theory and setting up object system, this paper has studied how to utilize multiple objects decision method of possibility degree and satisfactory degree and how to combine multiple scale objects. So in terms of technology-economics level, it has fulfiled the general quantitative appraising for the project. The research results have set the basis for scientific decision and system management of large-scale teachnology equipment project
