摘要
对十三辊矫直机摆动体进行了有限元分析,在此基础上对摆动体进行了结构优化设计。优化后的重量比原设计减轻约1/3,而且通过优化过程中对材料的自动选择,可以在保证摆动体具有足够强度、刚度及最小重量的前提下,全部采用普通钢板组成结构。
In this paper the finite element analysis for the swing body of sheet metal straightening machine with 13 rollers is firstly discussed, then the swing body is designed with the method of structure optimal design. The results shows that the weight after optimum is 1/3 decreased. By selecting materials automaticaly in the optimal process the whole structure can be composed of comman steel plates, ensuring enough strength, sufficient stiffness and least weight of the swing body.
