摘要
用氯化氨溶液进行模拟研究的结果表明:振动阻碍形核,只有在较大的过冷下才能形核生长;振动使枝晶生长受到抑制,使晶粒细化;振动对枝晶的破碎作用并不明显。可见,碎枝状及颗粒状枝晶是振动条件下生长所具有的特征。
The effect of mechanical vibration on crystalization examined by using NH4CL-H_2O solution indicates that vibration hinders nuclcation, and that under the heavier supercooling conditions, nucleation can take place. Vibration limits the growth of genolrite and causes the crystals to become thinner. Therefore the impact of vibration on the broken ef- fect is not very clear. Fine gendritic crystals and crystals are characterized by the growth un- der vibration circumstances.
