Analysis of the Death Cause for Malignant Tumors at Beijing Tiantan Region

通过总结分析北京天坛社区恶性肿瘤死亡率的变化趋势 ,为恶性肿瘤的社区防治工作提供指导依据。结果显示 :在被调查人口前 5位死因中恶性肿瘤死亡人数占全死因的 2 1 .0 5 % ,居第 2位 ;其中消化系统恶性肿瘤占全部恶性肿瘤总构成比的 5 1 % ,消化系统恶性肿瘤中胃癌居首位 ,肝癌次之。提示 :应重视消化系统恶性肿瘤的防治 。

By summarize and analyze the changes and trends in malignant tumor death rates so as to lay foundations for malignant tumor protection in the community. The results indicated that the ratio of people died of malignant tumor was 21.05% of the total deaths and ranked the second in the first five causes of death for the people. The constituent ratio of malignant tumor in the digestive system was 51%, among which stomach cancer ranked the first, followed by live cancer. So the prevention of malignant tumors in the digestive system should be emphasized, and the first-grade prevention and second-grade prevention should be the focuses of the work.
