国产与进口氨氯地平降压疗效的比较

Comparison of Antihypertensive Effects of Two Kinds of Amlodipine

为比较国产和进口氨氯地平的降压疗效 ,5 2例原发性高血压病人分别口服国产和进口氨氯地平 4周 ,并检测门诊血压。结果 :国产氨氯地平可明显降低舒张压 ,而降收缩压的作用较弱 ;2组的降压疗效相似 ,无统计学差异。提示 :国产氨氯地平和进口氨氯地平具有相似降压作用 。

To compare the anti-hypertensive effects of Yashida (Amlodipine made in China) with Luohuoxi (amlodipine made in USA), clinic blood pressure was measured before and after four weeks in 52 hypertensive patients treated with Yashida and Luohuoxi. Yashida could decrease diastolic blood pressure, but decrease systolic blood pressure slightly; Antihypertensive effects of Yashida was similar to Luohuoxi, there were no significant differences between two groups.Since Yashida and Luohuoxi have similar antihypertensive effects, Yashida can be used as an antihypertensive drug instead of Luohuoxi.
