摘要
目的:观察脑血灵改善急性脑出血大鼠运动缺陷的实验室疗效。方法:采用内囊注入500g/L明矾溶液制造的急性脑出血的动物模型,分为脑血灵组、中风Ⅱ号口服液组、造模不给药对照组,观察其神经系统症状评分、运动缺陷积分、脑组织含水量等的变化。结果:脑血灵组、中风Ⅱ号口服液组均能加快神经功能的恢复和运动缺陷的改善(脑血灵组与对照组比较t值分别为6.36,22.73,P<0.001;中风Ⅱ号口服液组与对照组比较t值分别为4.53和3.62,P值分别<0.001和0.01),且脑血灵疗效优于中风Ⅱ号口服液(t值分别为3.25和6.27,P值分别<0.01和0.001);脑血灵还能显著减少脑组织含水量,疗效优于对照组(t=3.67,P<0.01)。结论:脑血灵能改善脑出血大鼠的神经功能,减轻其肢体活动障碍程度。
AIM:To observe the experimental effect of Naoxieling (NXL), including coptis r oot, baikal skullcap root, dried rhubarb, dan-shen root, szechwan lovge rhizome , leech, sanchi, red peony root and peach seed as its essential components, in i mproving motor deficit of rats with acute cerebral hemorrhage. METHODS:The animal model of cerebral hemorrhage was formed by injection of 500 g/L alums solution into internal capsule. Thirty-nine male SD rats were divid ed into control group, NXL group and Zhongfeng II group of 13 rats in each group after establishment of model. Nervous system symptoms, motor deficit and water content in brain tissue were observed and analyzed. RESULTS:Compared with the control group, the nervous function and motor defici t of rats in the NXL and Zhongfeng II groups, respectively (t=6.36, 22.73,P< 0.0 01;t=4.53, 3.62, P< 0.001, 0.01).And NXL was superior to Zhongfeng II in recover y of nervous function and in improvement of motor deficit (t=3.25,P< 0.01;t=6.27 ,P< 0.001).The content of water in brain tissue was significantly decreased in t he NXL group in comparison with the control group (t=3.67,P< 0.01).
