摘要
目的:观察清热活血消肿合剂治疗骨折并软组织损伤对血管活性因子的影响。方法:将88例患者随机分两组。治疗组45例口服“清热活血消肿Ⅰ合剂”和外薰洗及热敷“清热活血消肿Ⅱ合剂”;对照组43例仅用“清热活血消肿Ⅱ合剂”薰洗。两组均10d为1疗程,一般2个疗程。于疗前、疗中、疗后分别检测两组的血清内皮素(ET),G酮前列腺素F1α(NPY,6-keto-PGF1a),一氧化氮(NO)并进行比较。结果:①治疗组疗中ET水平显著低于而NO水平显著高于疗前(P<0.05),疗后ET水平非常显著低于而NO水平非常显著高于疗前(P<0.01);此外,治疗组疗后ET水平显著低于疗中和同时间点对照组(P<0.05)。对照组疗中及疗后ET水平均显著低于、而NO水平显著高于疗前(P<0.05)。②治疗组疗中及疗后6-keto-PGF1a水平均非常显著低于疗前(P<0.01),疗后6-keto-PGF1a水平亦显著低于疗中和同时间点对照组(P<0.05);治疗组NPY水平疗中显著低于(P<0.05)、疗后非常显著低于疗前(P<0.01)。对照组疗中及疗后6-keto-PGF1a水平均显著低于疗前(P<0.05)。结论:清热活血消肿Ⅰ、Ⅱ合剂治疗骨折并软组织损伤,可使患者血清ET,6-keto-PGF1α及NPY水平明显下降而NO水平显著升高,可能为该疗法的重要疗效机制。
AIM:To explore the influence of 'Qing Re Huo Xue Xiao Zhong Ⅰ,ⅡHe ji' on vas oactive factors during treating closed fracture with soft tissue injury. METHODS:All of the 88 cases were randomly divided into treating group (n=45) a nd control group(n=43).The former were treated by 'Qing Re Huo Xue Xiao Zhong Ⅰ Heji' and 'Qing Re Huo Xue Xiao ZhongⅡHeji'with fumigation and steaming method along with hot compress ;control group were treated by'Qing Re Huo Xue Xiao Zhon gⅡHeji'with fumigation and steaming along with hot compress only. Two groups we re treated for 2 courses(10 days in 1 course).The serum level of ET, NO, 6-keto -PGF1αand NPY of the two groups were detected at some fixed time during the tr eating and compared. RESULTS:In treating group, the serum level of ET(at the middle time of treatin g) was much lower while NO was much higher than that of before treating(P< 0.01) ,and the ET level (after treating) was lower while NO was higher than that of be fore treating(P< 0.05); besides , the ET level of the treating group after treat ing was lower than that of at the middle time of treating and the same checking time of the control group(P< 0.05). As to the control group, ET level (after tre ating) was lower while NO was higher than that of before treating(P< 0.05). The serum level of 6-keto-PGF1αof treating group both at the middle time of treat ing and after treating were much lower than that of before treating(P< 0.01),als o lower than that of at the same checking time of the control group(P< 0.05); be sides , the NPY level at the middle time of treating was lower (P< 0.05) while t hat of after treating was much lower than that of before treating(P< 0.05). As t o the control group, only the serum level of 6-keto-PGF1αat the middle time o f treating and after treating was lower than that of before treating(P< 0.05).
