大鼠原位全肝移植术的手术技巧

Surgical skills of total orthotopic liver transplantation in rats

目的 :探讨用二袖套法建立稳定大鼠原位全肝移植模型的手术技巧。方法 :用二袖套法进行了 5 0例原位大鼠全肝移植术。结果 :受体无肝期时间平均为 17min ,术后 2 4h存活率为 90 % ,1周存活率为 5 0 %。结论 :自制血管袖套和取肝修肝方法的改进 ,有利于建立稳定的大鼠原位肝移植模型。

Objective:To explore the surgical skills of establishing stable total orthotopic liver transplantation models in the rats by two cuff technique.Method:Fifty orthotopic rat liver transplantations were performed by two cuff technique.Results:The median anhepatic phase of recipients was 17 minutes. The postoperative survival rate after 24 hours was 90%, after one week 50%.Conclusion:Self-made blood vessels cuff and amendment in donor-taking and donor-tailoring skills may attribute to establishment of stable rats total orthotopic liver transplantation models.
