非SARS患儿体内SARS冠状病毒抗体的检测分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨非急性重症呼吸综合征(SARS)患儿体内是否存有SARS冠状病毒相关抗体。方法采用国家药品生物制品检定所正式检定通过的2种SARS抗体诊断试剂(间接免疫荧光检测试剂和双抗原夹心ELISA试剂),对广州地区1 060例非SARS患儿血清样本进行检测。结果1 060例非SARS患儿血清样本,间接免疫荧光法检测IgM、IgG均为阴性。双抗原夹心ELISA法检测也仅有2例出现弱阳性。结论非SARS患儿体内并未存在SARS病毒相关抗体。 Objective To examine the presence of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) coronavirus-specific antibodies in the sera from non-SARS children. Methods Indirect immunofluorescent assay and double-antigen sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were used to detect the virus-specific antibodies in sera of 1 060 non-SARS children in Guangzhou. Results All the serum samples from the 1 060 non-SARS children were negative for both IgG and IgM antibod-ies against SARS coronavirus as determined by indirect immunofluorescent assay, with only two serum samples showing weak positivity for SARS coronavirus-specific antibodies identified by double-antigen sandwich ELISA. Conclusion No SARS coronavirus-specific antibody are present in the sera of non-SARS children.
