轻型地中海贫血儿童血清中微量元素含量分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :检测分析百色地区轻型地中海贫血儿童血清含量与微量元素的关系 ;方法 :用日本Z - 70 0 0型原子吸收分光光度计 ,检测 10 4例 1~ 10岁地中海贫血儿童血清中Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn 4种微量元素的含量 ,并与110例健康儿童进行比较。结果 :轻型地中海贫血组血清中Zn、Cu、Mn 3种微量元素的含量明显低于健康儿童组 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,年龄组间亦有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。轻型地中海贫血组Fe含量略高于正常对照组 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :微量元素缺乏在轻型地中海贫血儿童中较为严重 。 Objective: To study the relationship between the serum trace elementand light thalassemia in Bose area in Guangxi. Methods: The quantites of serum Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn in 104 children with light thalassemia aged from 1 to 10 were measured by z-7000 atom absorption spectrophotometer, and compared with those in 110 healthy children. Results: The results showed that the quantities Zn, Cu, Mn in children withlight thalassemia were significantly lower than those in healthy children (P<0 05) ); there was significant difference inside difference age teams(P<0 05); The quantity of serum Fe had no significant difference compared with that in health children (P>0 05). Conclusion: It concluded children with light thalassemia has significant lower quantity of the serum trace elements, it provide new basis in children with light thalassemia prevention and treatment in clinical study.
