摘要
目的 研究GNG型中药抽出机制备的黄芩汤剂的稳定性。方法 采用HPLC法以黄芩苷为对照品 ,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相 ,甲醇 水 磷酸 (47∶5 3∶0 .2 )为流动相 ;检测波长为 2 80nm。结果 :在 2周内黄芩汤剂中黄酮类化合物含量在 79.3%~ 99.1%的范围 ,黄芩苷含量降至 96 .3%。结论 GNG型中药抽出机制备的黄芩汤剂低温存放 2周 ,其有效成分稳定 ;本法简便、快捷 ,结果准确 。
Objective To study the stability of Baikal skullcap root’s aqueous solution made by GNG machine. Methods The content of baicalin in aqueous solution was measured by HPLC within two weeks.The chromatography conditions included ODS C 18 column, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-H 2O-phosphoric acid(47∶53∶0.2), λ=280 nm. Results The amount of baicalin in Baikal skullcap root’s aqueous solution was 96.3% of the original. Conclusions The amount of baicalin in Baikal skullcap root’s aqueous solution made by GNG machine is stable at 2~8 ℃ within two weeks.
