药代动力学立体选择性是指手性药物对映体在吸收、分布、代谢和消除过程中有差异。本文综述了手性药物药代动力学立体选择性及其影响因素方面的最新研究进展。

The enantiomers of a chiral drug may have different properties in absorption, distribution, metabolism and/or elimination. This phenomenon is regarded as the stereoselectivity in pharmacokinetics. In this paper, it was reviewed that the most recent results on the study of the stereoselectivity in pharmacokinetics and its related factors.
