HSP表达在炎症反应综合征中的作用与意义 被引量:1

摘要 热休克蛋白(HSPs)是生物体面临不利生存环境中快速表达的一类保护性蛋白家族,具有修复和维护细胞功能的作用。在炎症反应综合征(SIRS)病理过程中,机体细胞均有HSP表达,并通过分子伴侣、抗凋亡及抗炎机制发挥保护作用。本文对不同组织细胞HSP表达对SIRS发展及转归的意义作一综述。
