摘要 BIPAP(双水平气道正压通气)是时间切换-压力控制机械通气的新进展,又可理解为两个不同CPAP水平按设定 的吸呼时间(Ti、Te)的周期交替,是一压力控制通气整合自主呼吸新型的机械通气模式,近年来在临床得以广泛应用,现综述 如下。
