摘要
意识以及全麻作用机制的研究目前还处于初级阶段,中枢神经递质在意识形成和调控、全麻药引起意识消失以 及脑电活动改变中发挥着重要作用,本文就近年来的研究进展作一综述并提出相关的假说及问题。
