15-羟廿碳四烯酸对缺氧性肺血管收缩电压门控性K^+通道的作用机制

摘要 缺氧性肺血管收缩(HPV)是机体的一种保护功能,但其机制至今尚不完全清楚。15-羟廿碳四烯酸(15-Hydroxyei-cosatetrienoic acid,15-HETE)是15-脂质氧化酶(15-LO)代谢花生四烯酸(AA)的产物,其对肺动脉平滑肌细胞(PSMVC)电压门控性K+通道(Kv)有抑制作用,使细胞去极化,细胞内钙离子浓度增加,进而导致细胞收缩,产生HPV,故15-HETE可能是形成HPV的始发介质。
