血小板Ⅱ_b-Ⅲ_a受体拮抗剂的研究进展

摘要
血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb-Ⅲa受体与纤维蛋白原分子的结合是血小板各种激活途径的共同通路。血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb-Ⅲa受体基因多态性对其功能会产生影响。体外循环是使血小板激活的强烈因素,血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb-Ⅲa受体基因多态性因此可能与体外循环的预后有关。本文着眼于血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb-Ⅲa受体拮抗剂的临床应用新进展进行综述。
