从旋毛虫中分离体细胞及其检测

摘要 目的:探讨旋毛虫体细胞分离的方法和活性检测。方法:将从小鼠肌肉分离、纯化的旋毛虫幼虫,放入玻璃匀浆器匀浆,胰酶消化。台盼蓝和中性红染色检测分离细胞的活性。结果:分离的细胞中活细胞比率在90%以上。结论:台盼蓝和中性红染色,都能较好地检测细胞的活性。加胰酶消化后,死细胞数略有减少。旋毛虫的体细胞分离,可以不用加胰酶消化。 Objective:To study the methods of separating body cell of Trichinella spiralis and the examination of its vigor. Methods: Larvae of Trichinella spiralis isolated from the muscle of a Trichinella - infected mouse were put in a glass homogenizer for homogenizing, digesting with trypsin. Dyeing the separating cells by Trypan blue and Neutral red. Results: The ratio of living cells is above 90% from the separating cells. Conclusions: It is the same effects to detect the vigor of cells between Trypan blue and Neutral red. After adding the trypsin, the dead cells decrease sligtly. It need not add trypsin to separate the body cell of Trichinella spiralis.
