舍格伦综合征唇腺组织的细胞凋亡观察

Observation on the languishment of labial gland tissue cells on Suogren syndrome

目的 通过观察舍格伦综合征唇腺组织细胞凋亡的变化 ,探讨细胞凋亡在舍格伦综合征中的作用。方法 用原位末端标记法检测 16例舍格伦综合征的唇腺病变组织中的凋亡细胞数 ,并以 4例正常唇腺作为对照。每例随机统计 5个高倍视野的凋亡细胞数 ,并求出平均值。结果 染色结果显示舍格伦综合征患者唇腺腺泡及导管上皮可见散在阳性凋亡细胞 ,平均值为 ( 8 0 2± 2 2 3 )个 /高倍视野 ,正常唇腺组织细胞中阳性凋亡细胞为 ( 1 12± 0 3 4)个 /高倍视野 ,两组间对比差异有显著性。 (P <0 .0 5 )。舍格伦综合征病例的唇腺组织中腺泡及导管上皮可见散在的阳性凋亡细胞 ,其数量显著多于正常对照组。结论 考虑细胞凋亡可能是舍格伦综合征涎腺组织破坏的重要原因。

To study the effect of cell languishment on Suogren syndrome by observing the languishing changes of labial gland tissue cells on Suogren sycdrome.Primitive terminal mark method was applied to detect the languishing number of labial gland tissue cells on 16 cases of Suogren syndrome. 4 cases of normal labial gland were selected to form the contrast group. 5 cell numbers of wide visual field were randomly calculated to get the mean value.The staining result showed scattering positive languishing cells in the labial gland acinus and duct epithelium. The mean value was 8.02±2.23 in wide visual field. While the mean value of languishing cells in normal labial gland tissue was 1.12±0.34 in wide visual field. The difference was significant (P<0.05). The number of the languishing cells in Suegren syndrome is significantly larger than that of the contrast group.[Conclusion]The languishment might be the main cause for the damage of saliva gland tissue in Suogren syndrome.
