面对入世后国际国内农产品市场竞争日益激烈的新形势,张家口市的农业产业结构调整还存在着一些突出的矛盾和问题,本文提出了提高农民科技文化素质、建立龙头企业、大力推广科技农业、加快发展合作经济组织、完善社会化服务体系等一系列对策.
With increasingly sever competition in world and domestic agricultural product market al- ter China joined the WTO,outstanding contradictions and problems emerge in agricultural structure re- adjustment of Zhangjiakou city.In this article,a series of countermeasures are put forward,including bringing up peasants' scientific and cultural quality,setting up leading enterprises,promoting scientific agriculture,developing cooperative economic organizations,establishing social service system,etc.
