泡沫灭鼠剂在南方城区灭鼠试点的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Foam Rodenticide EXIT in the Urban Area of South China

目的 采用比对方法研究泡沫灭鼠剂在城市的灭鼠效果。方法 ( 1)采用 0 .0 0 5 %杀它仗蜡饵与泡沫灭鼠剂灭鼠效果的比对 ;( 2 )按文献方法的要求进行鼠洞查找和阳性鼠洞的判定 ;( 3 )以灭鼠率和阳性鼠洞下降率判断灭鼠效果。结果 泡沫灭鼠剂的灭鼠率为 83 .93 %,阳性鼠洞下降率为 70 .85 %;0 .0 0 5 %杀它仗的两个指标分别为 76.89%和48.17%,经 χ2 检验 ,两种灭鼠药物的灭鼠效果差异无显著性。结论 泡沫灭鼠剂在城市的灭鼠效果与 0 .0 0 5 %杀它仗蜡饵效果相当。

Objective To observe the effect of the foam rodenticide by comparetive methods in urban area. Methods (1) To compare the effect of 0.005% Stratgen with that of the foam rodenticide; (2) To detect rodent caves and positive rodent caves according to the leterature; (3) To take the death rates and the positive rates of rodent caves to evaluate the effect of rodent control. Results The death rates with 0.005% Stratgen was 76.08%, the decrease rates of positive rodent caves was 48.17%; The previous two rates of the foam rodenticide were 83.93% and 70.85% respectively. The effect of two rodenticides had no difference ( χ2= 0.61, P> 0.5). Conclusion The effect of rodent control with the foam rocenticide and 0.005% Stratgen were similar in the urban area of south China.
