摘要 对84份中国冬小麦栽培品种分别使用醇提法和水提法提取其胚乳贮藏蛋白,并用SDS-PAGE检测黑麦Secalin蛋白的有无,以此来估算我国含有1B/1R易位的冬小麦品种的频率,结果表明:醇提SDS-PAGE黑麦Se-calin蛋白检出率为46.4%,水提SDS-PAGE黑麦Secalin蛋白检出率为56.0%,后者比前者灵敏;醇提SDS-PAGE和水提SDS-PAGE都是检测黑麦Secalin蛋白的有效方法,若同时使用效果会更好,因为它们可以互相补充,由此检测可知,我国含有1B/1R易位的冬小麦品种的频率高于59.5%。 Eighty-four Chinese winter wheat varieties (Triticum aestivum L. ) were selected in this experiment. Their alcohol-soluble and water-soluble endosperm protein were separated by SDS-PAGE to determine if these wheat varieties contained secalin protein of rye, then the percentage of 1B/1R translocation lines in Chinese winter wheat could be evaluated, the results showed that about 46. 4% Chinese winter wheat varieties had secalin protein of rye by alcohol-soluble protein SDS-PAGE, about 56. 0% Chinese winter wheat varieties had secalin protein of rye by water-soluble protein SDS-PAGE, the latter was more sensitive than the former; both alcohol-soluble and water-soluble protein SDS-PAGE were effective methods for detecting secalin protein of rye, but it would be better if the two methods can be used together because they can complement each other; it was higher than 59. 5% of Chinese winter wheat through two methods in this experiment that had certain percentage of 1B/1R translocation lines.
