黄淮南部小麦品种品质现状分析 被引量:11

摘要 为了了解黄淮南部小麦的品质现状,以1999~2001年度参加国家黄淮南片区试品种(系)为材料,对其品质性状、品质性状的年际变化、品质性状之间的相关性及品种品质分类进行了分析。结果表明,黄淮南片的区试品种(系)的平均蛋白质、湿面筋含量中等,分别为14.1%和30.2%;品种间变异大于年际间变异,总体面筋强度居中,中篇小麦品种(系)占95.7%;蛋白质含量与湿面筋含量呈极显著正相关(r分别为0.8802和0.7032)),与面团稳定时间相关性不显著。 In order to investigate the quality status of wheat varieties in the South of the Huang-huai wheat area, the quality characters, quality classification, annual variation and correlation between quality characters had been analysed by using regional trial materials in the period of 1999-2001. The results showed that the average protein content and wet gluten content were medium, the correlation between them were positive and significant, and they had no significant correlation to the stability time. The protein content and the wet gluten content variation among varieties were larger than annual variation. The gluten intensity was medium in general, and the middle gluten varieties were 95. 7% of the tested materials.
