摘要
目的 对当归的亲脂性化学成分进行研究。方法 采用超临界CO2 萃取当归中亲脂性成分 ,用分子蒸馏对提取物进行分离 ,用GC MS联用技术分离鉴定各自的化学组成 ,计算其相对含量。结果 超临界CO2 萃取物得率 2 .1 5 % ,从中鉴定出3N 丁基邻羟甲基苯甲酸内酯等 31种成分 ;萃取物经分子蒸馏的得率为 1 5 .8% ,从中鉴定出 35种成分。结论 超临界CO2 萃取和分子蒸馏可用于当归亲脂性成分的提取 。
Aim To study the lipophilic components in Radix angelicae sinensis.Methods The supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) method and molecular distillation(MD) method were used for the extraction and separation.The GC MS method was used for the analysis of extracts.Results 2.15% extract which containing 31 components were obtained after SFE CO 2 and 15.8% product which containing 35 components were obtained after MD.Conclusion The SFE CO 2 and MD can be used for the extraction of lipophilic components in Radix angelicae sinensis.The chemical components in extracts obtained by SFE CO 2 and MD were different with the volatile oil obtained by traditional method.
