摘要
目的 研究氟罗沙星溶液在不同酸碱溶液环境下的光降解动力学特征。方法 用各种pH值的缓冲液配制成的氟罗沙星溶液以高压汞灯为光源进行照射 ,用HPLC方法监测氟罗沙星残留浓度 ,拟合出相应的光降解动力学方程并获得动力学参数。结果 氟罗沙星溶液光降解动力学过程总体近似一级动力学方程。结论 氟罗沙星溶液光降解动力学过程与反应阶段有关 ;
Aim To investigate the photodegradation kinetic characteristics of Fleroxacin solution in various pH conditions.Methods The HPLC method was used to determine residual concentration of the Fleroxacin solution which made by various pH buffer solution and which exposed by high-pressur mercury lamp,and to fit the photodegradation kinetic parameters.Results The photodegradation order of Fleroxacin solution was acquired as n=1.Conclusion It was found that the photodegradation kinetics of Fleroxacin solution was related to respondence stage,the photodegradation kinetic rate was effected by pH remarkably.
