牵引搬运法对下肢骨折疼痛的影响

Effect of traction portage on lower limb fractural pains

目的探讨牵引搬运法与一般搬运法对下肢骨折病人疼痛的影响。方法搬运前后采用MeGill疼痛问答法对60例下肢骨折病人疼痛程度进行评估。结果采用牵引搬运法较一般搬运法能有效地减轻早期受伤肢体因搬动带来的疼痛,经OrdinalCogistic回归分析变量及其赋值有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论牵引搬运法能减轻骨折部位疼痛,提高病人的舒适安全感。

Objective To probe into the effects of traction portage on pains in patients with lower limb fractures.Methods Me Gill Pains Q-A was used to evaluate the pain degrees in60patients with lower limb fractures.Res ults Compared with common portage,the traction portage was more effective in alleviating the pain at portage.Ordinal Cogistic recessional analysis displayed significant differences(P<0.05).Conclus ion Traction portage is able to reduce the fractural pains and so it can improve the comforts and safety.
