后SARS护理工作的加强与完善

Enhancing and perfecting the nursing work after SARS epidemic

笔者报道后SARS护理工作的加强与完善措施。主要有各种应激机制的建立,有助于突发事件的处理;预防措施的实施,增强了普遍预防的观念;病区管理的加强,严格了陪伴探视制度;隔离区患者心理、康复护理工作的实施,使整体护理观得到进一步深入;感染监测措施的落实,强化了消毒隔离工作;信息的积极作用,使得获取情报更加及时全面。这些措施将进一步促进护理工作的完善与发展,提高护理质量。

In this paper,the author discussed the enhancement and perfection of the nursing work after SARS epidemic.The measures included establishment of meeting-emergency system to cope with emergency,enforcement of preventive measures to enhance the concept of overall prevention,reinforcement of ward management to enforce the visit system,enforcement of mental nursing and rehabilitative nursing in the isolated wards to further the implementation of holistic nursing,fulfillment of infection monitoring to intensify the disinfection and isolation and at last strong attachment of importance to information so as to obtain information in a full scale and in time.All those will promote the enhancement and perfection of the nursing work,finally to increase the quality of nursing.
